Terms of Service

Effective October 31, 2026. These terms govern your use of Callback, operated by CPR Safety Pro, 28 Dunbar St, Taunton, MA 02780, United States. By using the service you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Questions and billing requests: cprsafetypro@gmail.com.

Accounts and permitted use

You must be an adult, provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Use Callback only for lawful personal job-search activities. Do not bypass limits, automate abusive requests, create accounts to evade trial restrictions, access another person's documents, upload malicious content or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend abusive accounts to protect customers and service availability.

Your content and AI results

You retain ownership of your uploaded and created content. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and transmit it to service providers to provide requested features. You are responsible for having permission to submit it and for checking every resume, cover letter, score, company claim and interview answer before use. AI can produce inaccurate or incomplete results despite safeguards. Callback is not a recruiter and does not guarantee an interview, job offer, employer response or ATS outcome.

Beta offers and finite use

Free includes a manual resume builder, PDF export and the first job workspace. Its lifetime AI sample allows one pasted job-text reading and one tailored-resume request, subject to finite trial allowance and shared availability; failed or interrupted requests may consume the sample to prevent unaccounted repeated costs. No other AI tools, redos or practice interviews are included. Credits enable additional AI on the first workspace: one credit per additional per-job generation and three per practice start; they do not unlock additional jobs. Job Pass costs $12 or $29 for three: each pass unlocks one permanently saved job workspace and three practice interviews. Pass credits do not expire; permanent access means access while Callback operates, not a promise of perpetual service or unlimited AI.

Pro beta is $19 per month, with up to 40 new applications and 20 practice interviews per calendar month (UTC). Per-job AI features allow a first generation and five redos. All plans have a finite AI allowance, daily and burst protections, and one AI request at a time. Limits are ceilings, not a guarantee that every combination of features fits the allowance. Requests that exceed remaining allowance are blocked before processing; saved work remains accessible. Free or gifted access does not create additional paid AI allowance.

Extra AI credit packs cost $5 for 10 credits, $10 for 20 credits, or $20 for 40 credits. Credits do not expire and do not unlock additional job workspaces. A credit-funded additional generation costs one credit; an extra practice interview costs three credits when started. Credits do not bypass account access restrictions, finite AI allowances or safety pauses. Interrupted requests may consume a use; contact support for review if a technical failure prevents delivery.

Annual and Interview Sprint sales are temporarily paused. Existing Sprint purchases provide seven days of Pro-style access from purchase, no renewal, with the same finite 40-application and 20-practice calendar-month caps and AI protections; allowances are not multiplied by days or reset at the start of a Sprint.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Pro renews monthly unless you cancel. Paid access and additional AI allowance require verified collected payment, not merely a checkout submission. You can cancel through Cancel or manage Pro in Settings and confirm in the payment portal. Access continues to the end of the confirmed paid period. After Pro expires, Pro-opened workspaces become view-only unless unlocked with a pass or renewed Pro. Saved free and Job Pass workspaces retain access subject to service operation and these terms.

Failed payments do not grant new paid periods. Refunds and disputes may reduce paid access or unused AI allowance. Contact us about incorrect charges or refund requests; refunds are reviewed individually and rights required by applicable law are not limited. We do not promise automatic refunds. New annual purchases and monthly-to-annual upgrades are unavailable during this beta.

Availability and changes

Service features may change, and maintenance, provider interruptions or spending safeguards can temporarily pause AI. We may change future prices or limits with legally required notice; changes do not retroactively bill already purchased usage. You may cancel before a changed renewal. Download important documents and keep your own copies.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free AI output. To that same extent, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable statutory refund and privacy rights.

Ending use and disputes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the contact address above; cancel any subscription separately. We may suspend access for misuse, nonpayment or security risks. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable law and courts determine your legal rights; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory remedies.
