Information we collect

We store account identifiers and contact details, profile and work history, uploaded resumes, saved resume and letter versions, job postings, application notes, interview answers, and preferences you provide. We also process authentication, security, usage and AI cost records. Hosting services may collect technical request data such as IP addresses, browser information and logs.

Why we use it

We use information to provide and save your work, generate requested AI results, manage paid access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Do not upload confidential employer materials or another person's information without permission.

AI processing and service providers

When you request an AI feature, relevant resume, job, company and conversation content is sent from our servers through Lovable's AI Gateway to Anthropic. These AI endpoints may retain requests under provider policies; we do not promise zero retention or that providers never use data for training. Avoid submitting sensitive personal identifiers, medical records or secrets. Lovable Cloud provides hosting, authentication, database and private file storage. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy terms; Callback records payment references, status and amounts, not full card numbers.

Access and security

Account-scoped access rules and private resume storage are designed to prevent other customers from accessing your documents. Authorized operators and providers may access information when necessary for service operation, support, security or legal requirements. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your account password private.

Retention, deletion and your choices

Saved work remains while your account is maintained. You can edit or delete individual items where the app provides those controls. For account deletion, an export, correction or a privacy request, email us from your account address; we may verify your identity. There is currently no self-service account-wide deletion button. Applicable legal deadlines govern requests. Payment, fraud-prevention and legally required records may need to be retained, and backups or provider logs may remain under their retention schedules. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or third-party system.

Cookies and international processing

Authentication uses browser storage and session technologies. Service analytics may measure page visits and technical performance. Providers may process information outside your state or country. Where applicable, contact us to exercise access, deletion, correction or other legal privacy rights. We do not use the app to target children; the service is intended for adults.
